My experience was poor. A staff member was unprofessional and stated my medical condition in the reception area were other patients hear about my condition Is the staff aware of the HIPPA LawI was overcharged for an eye exam. I contacted my insurance company to address my concerns…This was my second visit I said things may change. smh

This is the worse service I have ever experienced, they are not organized and utilize your time to update information. I like my doctor at this facility but making an appointment is a nightmare. I have been trying to make an appt for 4 years and finally I made an appt which was cancelled because it was at wrong location and doctor. I made another appt at their availability to learn I needed a referral at the appt. And now while waiting for about 45 min to see a doctor I found another doctor who will see me tomorrow.
