Rude and disrespectful staff. Avoid at all cost. Want your insurance and eligibility before you can even get a consult. Here, please take my credit card info before I make a dinner reservation. Stupid and completely backwards.
My elderly grandmother (M.K) talked highly of her visit with Dr. Warden on 4/23/26. She mentioned her visit was so pleasant and efficient, and that Dr. Warden's presence made her feel comfortable and at ease, and made the exams and follow-up rewarding. She also spoke highly her associates whom she couldn't remember names, but wanted to thank them for their kindness and compassion. She requested I leave a review in her words as she is not tech savvy. Thank you!

My experience was poor. A staff member was unprofessional and stated my medical condition in the reception area were other patients hear about my condition Is the staff aware of the HIPPA LawI was overcharged for an eye exam. I contacted my insurance company to address my concerns…This was my second visit I said things may change. smh
