Been going for years. Love my doctor there.
Went in for a routine check up and needed an updated contact prescription. I mentioned I was having other contact issues too and asked for a thorough look in case there was something else going on. They brushed it off and said everything was fine before even looking in my eye. They charged me as a medical patient because I had blurry vision (??? Duh? I came in for an emergency appt after being in an accident and stated I wasn’t at fault. In the middle of my appt, a lady named Cindy from billing came in the back and wanted $200 and told me to pay it now, and request reimbursement from my insurance. Note- this is AFTER I’m in the back already mid eye exam. I gathered insurance and claim numbers. I was taken out, paid $200 out of pocket because they refused my insurance. Rude and disrespectful staff. Avoid at all cost. Want your insurance and eligibility before you can even get a consult. Here, please take my credit card info before I make a dinner reservation. Stupid and completely backwards.
