Front desk personnel very unfriendly, snapping at me and major attitude, namely Kat, I’d take my business somewhere else
*** Expect to pay more *** Used to be Physicians Express but now taken over by Northside. Seen them once last year and again last week for a very similar office visit. My insurance has not changed. Last year as Physicians Express my insurance was billed $285 and I paid $105 after discount. Saw them last week as Northside and my insurance was billed $339 and I paid $208 after discount. Both times the service was great and I have no complaints, but i'm now having to pay $100 more just because it says Northside on the building.
If you are looking for a facility that provides complete, standard medical care, go somewhere else. The clinical staff here may perform a basic physical exam, but their internal corporate policies actively prevent them from finishing a standard episode of care. After an acute evaluation, the provider explicitly determined that a physical exam was insufficient and that diagnostic imaging was required to rule out a structural issue. Service is excellent, practitioners are excellent, the wait time was long
I was having an earache and I went to this urgent care, I was glad they were close to my house. I got there about 6:00 and they checked me in. The nurse looked at my ear and said they were clogged, they told me they couldn’t do anything to help me because they were closing. The nurse left before I could ask her for anything. I asked someone else if I could at least have something to help the pain and they said I had to leave and go to a specialist.
