Service is excellent, practitioners are excellent, the wait time was long
I was having an earache and I went to this urgent care, I was glad they were close to my house. I got there about 6:00 and they checked me in. The nurse looked at my ear and said they were clogged, they told me they couldn’t do anything to help me because they were closing. The nurse left before I could ask her for anything. I asked someone else if I could at least have something to help the pain and they said I had to leave and go to a specialist. I liked this location and always came here but now I don't It took them more than one and half hrs to look at my kid (she was in pain ) the staff was disorganized and even though I told them where the urine sample etc is one of the person still came back and asked me where is the sample 10 mins later Still haven't seen the physician yet and just sitting in the room waiting Have been going here from 2020, this clinic is really good and can help with urgent sickness my family has gone there for few things and we were always ha... read more
