They forwarded my $2000.00 emergency bill to United Collection Bureau (UCB). I have called this company a few times, they never replied or answer to my email inquire. Worst experience ever.
I, too, have never used services from these people. Somehow ProCollect has reported me to the credit bureaus when no such service was performed. Claiming that Physicians Emergency Care is based in Charlton Methodist Hospital, the hospital has never heard of this firm. It's a make believe firm used to con people into paying what they don't owe.
Reported me to collections for a bill. I have NEVER been here or set foot in this place. I call the debt collector and they don't care. this is a total scam. Just to get money.
Been trying to reach these ppl for over a year about a $354 dollar bill they double charged on my Equifax credit. The number is disconnected and there isn't a website or email address to contact. Who can I speak to about this. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
