Got told by my heart doctor to get a neurology test when trying to go here and missing my appointment due to working second shift they completely denied me even after offering to pay for the appointment I missed. Any dr who denies medical care should not be a doctor
Was frustrated with my experience here. Got referred here after a sleep study, Ive had life long issues with sleep and had tried everything. Sleep study didn't give any definitive answers so was referred to sleep medicine. What a useless appointment this was, got lectured on "just sleeping more" as if thats not something I have tried, and then was told my sleep issues were not of any concern. Dr Chang is amazing
I have been treated by many sleep doctors and have never met an office that can’t assist you with anything. They answer before they know anything. Saying they don’t have documentation of my history when I physically brought them a copy to keep because I knew it was going to be an issue. Telling me that they can’t help me with a letter to my insurance to appeal for medication because their hands are tied.
