Giving 2 stars as there is 1 nice receptionist, in person but if you have to schedule anything, be ready for the rudeness to kick in. When seeing the doctor, he’s more concerned about his cell phone than his patient. We as patients aren’t in your office for social hour, we are there because we are ill and need your help in getting better. You’d think keeping track of certain medical events would be beneficial to the doctor but no, it was as if he was flipping through a magazine he sort of liked. I have Avery good experience with the provider nurse practitioner stracusi.She is treating me like a human being not like a number, she listened to all my concerns and she made extra efforts to find solutions for my health problems, very understanding and very caring. I am very pleased with having her as my provider.
Nobody calls to enquire why you miss a appointment, no humanity at all at this neurology place. Good riddance, and grow some compassion for future patient's with children that completely forget their own appointments for sick kids
