If I could give this place negative stars I would. Got a referral but never got a call from them I had to call them. They were so far out that when it came to my appointment I forgot as I never received any kind of phone call, email, or any kind of reminder notification. My family doctor called me saying I would be hearing from them to get an appointment scheduled but still didn’t hear anything, so again had to call them. Waited a month for an appointment that took less than 30 minutes. Been over a week. Can't even send the results to my regular doctor. This place is a joke. If I have a choice I'll never come back here for anything ever.
We brought our daughter in for some help with migraine management. I am a nurse and therefore have a very high expectation for practioners involved with my loved ones care. There happened to be a cancellation for Meg Stracuzzi, NP and I took a gamble and accepted to get my daughter in sooner rather than later. Meg was absolutely phenomenal- she went through a full history with her and spent an hour with our daughter to come up with a plan of care. Absolutely have nothing but praise for her knowledge, care and effort to help!
Dr. Rogers and his nurses are fantastic! He has great bedside manner and takes the time to do a thorough evaluation and answer all my questions. The nurses are very friendly and have always been quick to respond to questions over the phone. Very pleased with my experience!
