Coming in, the people are very helpful on showing you where you need to go. The staff in ENT were welcoming. The nurse, when taking you back, walks way ahead of you so you are "guessing" what turn to take as she is gone. The doctor was friendly but was "short" in certain aspects of the appointment. Before your appointment and according to their website, you are to receive an estimate letting you know what your appointment could cost you. Friendly staff and excellent facilities. We appreciate that our appointments have been on time without much waiting. It's convenient to have so much under one roof.
Showed ten minutes early for appointment. Was told had to be there 30 minutes early, have to reschedule. Where do I send a bill for missing the day of work or waiting ing offices because they’re late. Lost a patient.
