The receptionist was so unprofessional and rude. No one ever answers the phone. They told me they were so busy after I told them I had Covid-19 symptoms. They made me wait inside the waiting room around other people. Then I looked outside and the front desk woman and the nurse were both outside smoking!!! They are hateful and rude! The doctor was the nicest person there and I’m sure she’s the only one that keeps the place going!

They are the most unprofessional rudest people I have ever dealt with. They had my info on file, but refused to work with me. When I told them it was getting aggravating the Doctor told me to go somewhere else they didn't want me anyhow. I hadn't gotten rude or cursed till that point. I'll never go back.
Every experience we have had here has been awesome. Caring doctors that go the extra mile.
