Just had outpatient surgery on 1/25/18. The staff interaction was great.
I cant say enough wonderful things about dr. Liss and everyone at physicians care. I had both hands done for carpal tunnel release surgery and both times, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They really make you feel like they truly care.
Physicians Care Surgical Hospital along with its doctors and staff are simply amazing. They constantly put the patient first from the time you enter the door and until you are discharged. Everyone is always so happy and smiling. I highly recommend them if you need in or outpatient surgery. Also recommend The Rothman Institute. Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind at both places. Special thanks to Dr. Rihn and his team for my past two spine surgeries.
This was such an amazing experience from check in to food service. I can't even put into words how competent, professional and caring EVERYONE was. They gave my sister a blanket when she was cold while waiting for me to come out of the OR. My nurse carried my bag to the car when i was discharged. PT was friendly and understanding. If you need joint care, you need to go here. AMAZING!!
