The admin staff are not helpful, even unkind and rude. I'm surprised that the doctor's are okay with this **I'm shocked to see their responses to some people's reviews** Have this people never heard the phrase "Customer Service" ??? After reading a response from Complete Health Urgent Care it's clear they aren't familiar with HIPPA laws or patient confidentiality either. Definitely will never go there again... And that decision is solely based on their response to another person's review!
Review I had a great experience at Complete Health Urgent Care. The staff was incredibly prompt and efficient, and I was seen very quickly. The provider was very knowledgeable, listened carefully, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for throughout the visit, and the treatment provided was very helpful. Everyone was kind, professional, and compassionate. I’m so grateful for how quickly they helped me. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for prompt and excellent care.
Exceptional care from start to finish. Nurse practitioner Ms. Elise Sisson was not only knowledgeable but ask empathetic. She did not rush my appointment. The nurse who took care my vitals was kind too. I felt truly cared.
THEY went above and beyond, and was able to help me. The ones around the area with great reviews, were horrible over the phones. SO I TOOK A CHANCE, and reached out to this place. Thanks 😊
