The doctor was very informative and took his time to listen to my concern. unfortunately, though, he told me that I could have a colonoscopy and endoscopy with a cold, which is not correct… Due to anesthesia, you often have to reschedule.
I went in for a sprained ankle. Dr. Woody was amazing. So warm and caring. I checked in at home so they took me right away. Great staff!
I was seen quickly. Everyone I interacted with were nice and knew what they are doing.
Yale New Haven Urgent Care of Glastonbury told me to rush there by 7pm. to get an x-ray. When I did, they collected my co-pay and then informed me they had no staff to take x-rays in the building. Billing Department has been unreachable by phone and did not complete the auto callback. This is poor, sloppy business. Do better.
I had a great experience at Yale New Haven Urgent Care. Check in was much easier than any urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. The staff was very efficient and approachable, and the service was prompt. I wish that I could remember all of their names, but I remember Dr. Jonathas’ name. He was very thorough and assured me that I’d be fine, and I am just 3 days later. Rashida was also very kind and funny. The woman at the front desk was very nice and patient with me.
