I’m so thankful for the staff at AFC. They get you in and out of there quickly, and are truly knowledgeable. They are better than most of my permanent doctors, and it seems like they care more. They also call to follow up with you under certain circumstances, which is unheard of in our medical system. I visited American Family Care today in Franklin and was very pleased with the staff working there, from the person checking me in who was very helpful with checking in on my phone to the nurse and PA who took care of me in the patient room. The nurse who took my blood did so without my even feeling a pinch. The PA also listened to everything I had to say and gave me good advice going forward. Their kindness and care was exemplary and I would highly recommend them.
This is two minutes from my house and is usually open when I need it. I never wait more than 10-15 minutes. I always get good care.
