Very professional and helpful. I like that the doctor explained that it was too early to have a Covid test bkz the potential exposure had only been a couple hours prior. She took her time answering my questions. However, it took a really long time to be seen once in the physician's waiting room. Very convenient location near Panera Bread at University Ave plaza.

Courteous & patient staff— however, there were communication problems. I had specifically asked for a PCR test, a requirement for my travel. I had indicated this in the online form and had also called to confirm that I could get the PCR test at this location. Subsequent to receiving the results by email, I belatedly learned that we had a quick antigen test, and that the reason for my visit stated that I had been exposed. Went there on a Sunday, not a patient in site. Kept waiting for no apparent reason on every step. Tell them all my symptoms and have blood pressure and heat rate check by technician. 1/2 hour later doctor with no patients comes in and tells me there’s nothing she could do, seemed very nervous, no people skills. Did an EKG cause my heart rate didn’t check out from technician. Then said we could do blood test, 25 minutes later I was stabbed three times and told my vein was rolling.
