I have left a review before and it’s somehow deleted. Anyway, this place is awful. There is a nurse who refused to wash her hands when changing the dressing on my son’s central line. She would only use hand sanitizer. Another nurse would always come inside smelling very strongly of smoke. And finally, we once had a nurse come in and accidentally leave ANOTHER PATIENT’S epinephrine vial in our home!!!! Home care person is always on time, polite and very helpful. Highly recommend
Physician Choice took care of my mother & father in law. They had nursing, OT & PT. Wonderful staff, professional. Would recommend to others.
I have reported a caregiver 2 times. Mouthy unprofessional snd disrespectful to me..a family member and a nurse. I can't believe agency would allow her to come back when requested her not to return. I also am Medical POA and am not listed with emergency contact either. Agency doesn't have unformed caregivers or any badged credentials saying who they are. One caregiver lost my mother's house key too.
