I felt the staff here were very uncaring and do not listen to what’s going on with their patients.
Excelente servicio de parte de todo el personal. La Doctora Angela Fieles realiza un examen físico completo al niño. Cuando llamo para una cita tratan de colocarlo el mismo día.
Dr. Fields is a great professional but I had a bad experience recently where the staff put my daughter and I in a room for over 30 minutes and did not tell us anything. Come to find out the Dr had an emergency. When I asked why they did not notify me which should be common courtesy they all just kept apologizing. I left and rescheduled. The office staff needs better training on how to interact with patients.
Dr Fields is the sweetest lady , my kids love her
