The physical therapists were excellent, and I appreciated the care I received. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing and insurance process has been extremely frustrating. My insurance visit limit was exceeded, and I wasn't aware of it until the claims were denied. Anthem requested additional clinical documentation for retroactive review. I just love Dr. Bruce. He came to my rescue when I was in the hospital recently when no one else would listen to me!! I will always go to him for any orthopedic/sports medicine issue!! He has been so kind and listens to his patients.

Great Therapists and Staff. Chrissie is very professional, knowledgeable and nice. Staff is also great. The exercises program to do at home is also very good and effective. I appreciate the care I received at Austin Sports Medicine. I definitely recommend.
