friendly and knowledgeable, this is the 3rd time time they have brought me back from major pain in my neck, back and shoulder...they know their stuff...will always use them.
Walked into the client tired and just not feeling good. As time progressed and therapy advanced my movement was better and less painful. my confidence replaced my fear of bad balance and falling down, I am still dealing with a lot but in a much better place because of the PTSI. Last July I fell while jogging and fractured my elbow which required surgery and a pin screwed to my olecronon to hold it together. After 6 weeks I was finally cleared to start physical therapy. My sister recommended Scott Harris at PTSI as he had helped her following an extensive foot surgery. I have been so pleased with the treatment I received. Thank you to everyone. I am in much better shape and I feel healthy. I have learned how to exercise and to continue to do so after therapy.
After my shoulder surgery I was assigned Jake Munns as my Physical Therapist. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional. What I appreciated the most was, Jake would make sure I was using the proper form and would explain in detail why I was doing that particular exercise. Everyone at PTSI are so friendly, positive and Professional. I would highly recommend PTSI for all of your Physical Therapy needs!
I am 82 years old, very active and work hard doing outdoor activities. I was referred to PTSI after I received a cortisone shot because of pain and weakness in my right shoulder. The hope was I would gain strength and better use of the shoulder. I went to the Pocatello facility across from KFC. I began therapy three times a week, then later twice a week.
