I used to be so grateful for this pain clinic. Sandra Early is awesome and has been so helpful and informative to us over the last 2 years. But in the last 4 or 5 months Colo Clinic has obviously had new management take over. Nurse practitioner was great. Medical assistant and lead need sensitivity training, need to respond in a timely manner, and stop making up requirements why one must be seen by the doctor ( e.g., every six months rather than annual).
