Scheduled a visit in the morning and got canceled 1 hour before.
Dignity Health bills for extra services without telling you. A free preventative health visit cost $300 because they charged for two different appointments, even though I was only there for 1 visit to the doctor. Trying to dispute this is impossible. Also, they are impossible to reach after an appointment for medication refills or pre-authorization. It took an entire month to get a pre-authorization due to them not picking up calls, not returning calls, and not responding to the pharmacy. What a mess and so unethical with th... read more
I had such a great experience at this facility. All of the staff members that I had the pleasure of interacting with were so kind. I would especially recommend Maureen, the physical therapist who transformed me into a runner during my post-op ACL rehab. Her encouragement and support made me excited about my progress, and made my weekly appointments enjoyable. Plus the location at the ballpark is fun because you can tease your friends by telling them you work out with the Giants!
Fantastic, astoundingly excellent physical therapists are to be found here. Jenna & Lisa have been instrumental in my recovery from shoulder surgery (SLAP tear & ruptured biceps tendon), and the entire staff has been fabulous to work with. Super great & supportive attitudes abound. This place hires *well*.
