RecommendedThe best thing I like about this group is that they really listen to what your issue is and help you and encourage you. Small steps are okay as they add up to a good outcome. When you are having a bad day they are very sympathetic. If you have a schedule problem and need another appointment, they try very hard to fit you in by adjusting the schedule. Went to Natalia as a last resort after my knee replacement. Formed so much scar tissue that I couldn't bend my knee. The Dr. scoped the knee and removed the scar tissue. Scar tissue returned within a week. Enter Natalia! She pushed, twisted and bent my knee once a week for weeks. The pain was extensive. But, every time we heard and felt a pop in my knee with the scar tissue breaking up Natalia and Baruch and I celebrated! Now I can bend that knee about 120 degrees and my active life has returned.
