Dr Press and his staff are on point. “Great bed side manner”
I chose this Orthopedic and spine, Folks that are working behind the counter are the most friendliest employees and so understanding. They smile and greet you in a very professional manner. The Therapist are so understanding and they treat you with respect.They know what to do and explained every detail. I've been treated three different times on a three different injuries. I have recommended three others who went to this clinic and says the same thing.
The staff treat you with no respect, know nothing about insurance, have you wait a long time (in person/ on the phone), and treat you as another statistic. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Love this place! Dr. Layfield put a cast on my son's left foot last year and just recently put a cast on my son's wrist. They explained everything to him and was patient. And he just loved the nurses.
I have had 4 surgeries with these wonderful doctors. Wish they had a "frequent flyer" program! Prior to each surgery, the doctors tried
