I’ve been going to the Hopkinton location. For chronic hip bursitis. Jason has been amazing at figuring out which exercises will help support my hips. I feel sooooo much stronger and less pain. I didn’t think it was possible. But it is! I’m so grateful. I highly recommend this group.
If you HAVE to have PT, I recommend Physical Therapy Innovations. People are friendly and put you at ease. The facility is clean and welcoming as well. I actually don’t dread going 😊
Went to the PTI in Holden, amazing team there even though one of the ladies was a die hard philly sports fan! 🙂

Awesome team! Physical Therapy Innovations in Hopkinton has helped me recover from 4 soccer injuries over the past 10 years. Jason Hantavis helped me recover from terrible sciatica pain twice in the last In the past 18 months. My experience with the team in Hopkinton has been outstanding! Laurie and Steve in Sturbridge were fantastic!! I had shoulder surgery and when I started therapy with Steve, I was hesitant and nervous. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable that I would not be pushed so hard it would cause a lot of pain. Steve got me started working on range of motion for a while and then I had to change to evening appointments and began working with Laurie.
