I came in with terrible hip pain. I couldn't walk more than about a half of a block. After several weeks of therapy, I am now able to walk several miles on all terrain pain free. Im riding the cardioglider 3 miles in 10 minutes. For me, that's fantastic! My balance has improved quite a bit. I owe it all to Andi, and Kristin. They showed me what to do, and I put in the work. Physical Therapy Central has given me my life back. I have dealt with shoulder pain for more than a decade and then recently neck pain. Through the help of Kristin, Andi, and the staff, I have avoided an unnecessary surgery of the shoulder and epidural shot in the neck/spine. I have also been given amazing support with pelvic floor issues that I have dealt with for years. Kristin is gentle, yet firm, calming and understanding, down to earth and wonderful to work with. Thank you!
The therapy team here is phenomenal. They truly care about their patients and their wellbeing. They focus on getting their patients back to living their normal lives! I appreciate all of them.
