Caleb was very rude and I refuse to go back. Two months ago I had two visits with him. I went back to my doctor and he told me to wait to go back to physical therapy until after an injection. Upon returning to physical therapy Caleb gave me a lecture about committing to physical therapy more than two times. He did not give me the chance to tell him what my doctor had told me to do, which was to wait, or the bulging discs that were found. I called 1 week before my surgery to verify if they accepted my insurance. The lady told me they did but didn't like to. After she said they accepted my insurance I scheduled my appointment for 2 days after my surgery as the surgeon recommended. The day after my surgery they call and tell me my insurance is not accepted. Leaving me trying to find a therapist the day before therapy needs to start. Very unprofessional.
