Currently sitting in the waiting room for the third hour with my 6 year old autistic son. He has over 101 temp, MRSA on his face, and a streaking rash all over his body. We have been to triage and that's as far as we have made it! Is this an emergency room or a clinic. Sad when people are having a good time a being loud and rude and get seen before my sick child. No we are not "regulars" so I guess we will sit here all night. Do better this is unexceptable!

Until tonight I've received excellent care from the emergency room. Tonight however, I encountered the smarmiest, most egotistical, self righteous idiot of a doctor it's ever been my sorry lot to encounter. Aside from implying I'm an addict who's fishing for drugs, he refused to check my records and verify the treatment I've usually been given, and insisted he would only use a treatment we already know DOES NOT WORK. It's in my damn FILE. He also didn't even recognize fibromyalgia when I first mentioned it. I don't know how ... read more
I went with my Aunt to see her doctor. The staff we met in the elevator were friendly and I sat in the office while she was being seen and listened as different patients came in and left and was amazed at the friendliness because they called each person by name as they came in while asking how their year has been and for my Aunt even asked where her husband was and she said I came with her instead. To me that's AWESOME!!!
Wow! So it has been brought to your attention that a mother's baby was assaulted. Yes, throwing anything on a mother/baby, one with CF, without consent is assault! And you are waiting on the mother to come forward, even though you can just as easily review security tape...oh but why do that if the nurse is a "respected coworker". Your first step is to protect and side with your "coworker" but you expect a mother to be comfortable coming forward?! I would have pressed charges on her! I wish the mother would!
If there was a 0 rating here that's what it would get . My mom is here and the nurses inattentive. Over an hour ago we told them he tube was coming out and no one has come yet . It's horrible.. the Dr was amazing but this hospital is horrible.
Took my best friend to the emergency room last night due to her gallbladder, they did surgery this morning and we are home now. Most of the staff was friendly, the officer on duty was amazing, forgot his name sadly. Only complaint is when leaving they take a little to long. Other than that it was okay. Thank you candler.
My daughter was treated very well, she had a great nursing team and her doctor is amazing. I had a wonderful experience witnessing the birth of my grandchild. Everyone was on point at this hospital. Thank you Candler Hospital Staff
