Currently on the 5th floor rehab with my mother... To start I arrived around 9:30ish to find my mother soiled, since the night before... My mother informed me no one changed, or fed her... My mother is currently bed ridden even tho she has a feeding tube she can eat by mouth, well she ask for some chk-noodle soup and nurse Kathy on 7pm to 7am shift did not give it to her...before I left nurse Michelle said they would give her the soup if she ask...
