Kristen T was wonderful, though my MS is permanent, I saw great improvement in strength and endurance. My coordination still is lousy, but she taught me how to focus and compensate and control my functions.
I didn't like some of their questionable comments and looks. Then again, I'm aware. Few times questionably not neurodivergent friendly. Everything else seems fine. Minor scratch I would say. If I did more appts, I probably feel little more judged and would've give them more of a lower rating. Not my fault, though understandable. So, I didn't bother to continue my treatment here. Plus, I seem to not need it no more.
They helped me improve my balance and coordination and set up a sustainable fitness and balance routine I can follow going forward. There is no 'cure', but I feel certain i can be the best possible following this routine. All personnel, including the front desk, were knowledgeable, upbeat, efficient, and effective.
I came to St. Luke's Physical Therapy following a nasty fall to work on strengthening and balance issues caused by my Parkinsons. I left when my time was up, feeling not only stronger, physically but also more secure emotionally and mentally. My therapist, Christiana (Christi) Vandegrift, was terrific to work with, very encouraging and well-educated. Her treatment plan for me was spot on.
I extend my deepest gratitude to Carley, Jessica and Carolyn for their invaluable support during my occupational and physical therapy. Their personalized approach, tailored to my specific needs rather than a generic treatment plan, was instrumental in my recovery after the accident. The significant time and energy they dedicated to developing unique therapeutic strategies were crucial to my progress.
