I recently completed six weeks of physical therapy at St. Luke’s Illick’s Mill. Every aspect of my encounters were nothing less than positive. Scheduling and insurance approvals were seamless and simple. The entire staff were helpful and accommodating. The facility was clean and well equipped. I never waited for my scheduled appointment time, and I was always greeted with a smile from my therapist Amanda Russo. She is a rock star. In January I suffered a stroke and a back injury. I had a total hip replacement and was pretty terrified to say the least. My therapist Amanda Russo was the best She helped me so much and I actually looked forward to going I am only 7 weeks in my recovery and feel wonderful plus I’m getting around much faster than I anticipated. I am so thankful that I picked Illick’s mill rd. And thankful I had Amanda for my therapist
I just wrapped up my therapy for knee pain with Connor. He is the best, he has such a nice personality and very professional. He explained every exercise he was doing in very good detail. He also explained in detail what he thought was causing the knee pain and I have to say after six weeks the pain is going away. Amanda Russo is an excellent physical therapist. She is knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to her profession. She shows compassion and empathy towards her clients. Amanda shares hope, along with giving confidence to each one of her clients. She empowers each individual she comes in contact with. Amanda is definitely a beacon of light down sometimes a long hard journey. St. Lukes at illicks mill is very lucky to have such a wonderful physical therapist and human being at their facility.
