My physical therapist at Illick’s Mill is Shannon Williams and I feel so lucky to have found her. Even though I am in my sixties, I feel completely supported during my sessions because Shannon understands, and responds to, my particular needs. Shannon also encourages me to improve by regularly adjusting my therapy based on my feedback and progress. She even provides me with specific exercises I can do at home. Thanks to Shannon, I am finally feeling stronger and more mobile.
I am currently doing PT for my fourth joint replacement in a year and a half. Shannon has guided me through the process for each one. I'm very thankful for her level of professionalism and care.

I’ve been to four different PT medical groups over the years and was dissatisfied with their therapist’s treatments on me. This was not the case with the St. Luke’s on Illick’s Road in Bethlehem. Tyler greeted me each visit with a handshake, was always on time and gave me individual attention for the full treatments, not like the other clinics where the therapist worked on two and three patients at a time.
