The staff are always friendly and helpful. Questions are clearly answered, support is strong throughout the PT sessions. This is my second experience with this PT location, and I have nothing but compliments both times.
I am in need of physical therapy, and this was my preferred location due to positive experience in the past and proximity to my home. However, I can't get anyone to respond to my voice messages so that I can make an appointment. As a result, I will be going to a different facility for treatment that may not be as convenient for me, but will, hopefully, have better customer service.
