These people, this Doctor is way to busy for you...initial visit had him telling me how I was doing and setting me up for an MRI turning his back on me as I was explaining the full range of pain. At the MRI they had me set for the wrong body part, due to the Doctors not listening. Going down to the Secretary who met me with a non smile and cold energy I was overcome by a feeling that I was talking to someone who didn't care. I had to leave...
I had a referral from my Doctor for my knee, I called this place and they gave me an appointment on June 3rd. @ 2.00 pm. On line I filled a lot of papers (questionaries about everything). I live in Pahrump on the date I drove to Vegas and when I got there the girl told me that the did not take my insurance and if I wanted to se Dr. Paddington have to pay $300.00 in cash. I can't believe that they couldn't tell me that in the phone, before I drove an hour and a half to this appointment. UNPROFESSIONALS !!!!!
Terrible office! Came in for a sports injury treatment and they had over 30 people in the lobby waiting. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, the wait in the lobby was over an hour and they had people waiting in the rooms to see a doctor more than 2 1/2 hours. I ended up having to leave without seeing the doctor. The staff did not give me any warning that it would take this long until I asked. Avoid this office!
The service here was terrible. When I came in for an appointment at 3:10 the waiting room was overflowing with people. Waited around for 30 minutes before being called up to the desk. Then when I asked how much longer it would be till I would be seen they said 30-45 minutes. Had I not asked I would not have known about the delay. So I guess If you don't mind waiting for an hour for your appointment in the waiting room before waiting in the patient room you are good to go. Personally, I'm not stuck on a name.
