When you know which direction to push the low back vertebrae (one goes toward the sciatica and one goes away) and you can release the piriformis muscle at its origin and insertion, sciatica responds quickly

At age 27 we were hit head on and constant head aches resulted. Told by my MD that I might have to "learn to live with it" I took the advice of a coworker who said his wide's head aches were eliminated by a chiropractor and in desperation I went. The relief inspired me to return to college, get my prerequisites, and go to chiropractic college. Long story short, I love treating head aches.

Otherwise they dry up and get thin. Because most of of our lives are down and in front of us it is also crucial to pull your shoulders back.
