Dr Giang is an excellent chiropractor and knows exactly what adjustments I need when I explain my pain. I always feel better as I’m leaving after my appointment. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful.
I have been to plenty of chiropractic offices and seen many different doctors and Dr. Melissa Lawrence is by far the best. Office staff is very professional and courteous. Very accommodating with my difficult schedule and they really do go above and beyond for their patients. I only hope other offices follow their example. It’s a shame the others leaving the bad reviews on here seem to have a common problem of not wanting to pay their bills. Shame on you blaming others for your mistakes.
I have exactly the same experience as Mr. Tompson!!! AVOID THIS DISORGANIZED OFFICE OR LITERALLY PAY THE PRICE!!! Please read: 1. They sent me to collections after not sending statements for 3 years back from 2017!!! 2. I never once received a call to pay my bill and I never received any statements. I had BCBS insurance at that time and I was told they accept it. I never received a letter/statement from them or insurance that was any remaining balance. AVOID THIS DISORGANIZED OFFICE OR LITERALLY PAY THE PRICE!!! Please read: 1. They sent me to collections after not sending statements for 10 months- they even admitted this when I tried to pay them after receiving the collection notice out of the blue. 2. I never once received a call to pay my bill. They did originally send bills back end of 2018 which had pending insurance. Dr Melissa is fabulous. The experience, the warmth and the attention to both me personally and physically is more then I could ask for. After only being a patient a short time, she already knows just what I need to get this broken body fixed up and working right again. Thanks Dr Melissa☺️
