Joy is amazing! I have been going to Joy's classes for about 2.5 years now, her workouts have been a huge help post pregnancy. She is my inspiration for leading active life style and healthy/pure diet.
I am SO excited for Physical Culture! Love, love, love Joy, her classes and her style. She NEVER disappoints. Amazing team of instructors. I have followed Riana and Steph for a long time - always a new, energetic, fun and challenging class. I am hooked on barre, sculpt and HITT with these three. Best workouts and best instructors out there!

Absolutely LOVE the barre, sculpt, and HIIT classes with Joy and Riana! They always mix up the workouts, and the music gets your body moving. The BEST workouts in the metro!
