Liked Dr. Sim very much. Sat down and engaged in conversation. My disappointment was not with Dr. Sim, but with the Ortho Indy for scheduling an appointment for my procedure with Dr. Sim at the West 86th St.location when he does the procedure at the Greenwood location only! A waste of my time, 2 hours of driving and gas. Not happy.
Very thorough and professional, although my encounter with him was brief. Answered my questions without being agitated. Will be able to give a more accurate rating as I continue to work with him.
