This place is simply the best! From the moment you set foot in, you're greeted with a warm smile. Lots of great class for everyone. And the cleanest locker room I've ever seen.
Took Jc Boot Camp class tonight , well put together class to challenge and pace yourself , be prepared for the Sally ups and Sally downs. Those are thigh burners and that's just the warm up. Come challenge yourself. awesome class Jc
I joined last November and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and truly caring. Love spin, yoga and TRX
Couldn't be happier with this gym. Staff is friendly and knowledgeble and the place is immaculate. They have a very large variety of equipment that is well maintained. Trainer Jamie Bennet is extremely helpful and personal sessions are tailor make for one's needs and goals. Her enthusiam is infectious!
