We rented an apartment off of Jill through RE/MAX. The apartment was trashed and damaged when we moved in. We cleaned it and fixed what we could. After we moved out, the landlord refused to return our security deposit due to the previous tenants damages. I would highly recommend that you find somewhere else to rent from. It's not worth it.
Our house was on the market for 8 days before our first offer. We were under contract within a couple of days. Phyllis' Bender's expertise and experience were a dominating factor in the success of our sale. She also helped us find and purchase our current home, which we love. I would not hesitate to recommend Phyllis to anyone buying and/or selling a home.
Tom Mongold is a horrible landlord and apparently the only person that works for remax he leased me a apartment that wasnt even cleaned out or painted and it has cockroaches and very drafty and cold he refused to make any repairs but still thought it was ok to charge me a security deposit the fridge didnt even work and stunk and he threw a fit about replacing it steer clear of 265 South Second Street and remax
