First visit today and I was overwhelmed with all the selections. They carry the brand dog food we feed my lil guy. Chain pet stores do not. Customer service was excellent and I will continue to shop here. You pay for what you get so the prices did not bother me at all. Might just head back tomorrow and take my lil guy with me. Thankful to have found this place. Everyone with pets should visit.
Jaime, Manager at Phydeaux, Chapel Hill is incredible! I called Chapel Hill store when Raleigh and Cary weren't answering their phones. I explained to Jaime that I needed three black Freedom harnesses in three different sizes. He even checked Phydeaux's back stock. Jaime impressed me greatly by locating all three harnesses and having them ready for me to pick up. Phydeaux, Chapel Hill provides exemplary customer service! Well worth the drive from Clayton!

the selection is pretty good and although expensive the quality has never been lacking. but the staff! true animal lovers! the staff is amazing - thank you so much for helping fit dumpling with the booties today!!! we can’t wait to come back and play! will happily accept any photos or videos from the ordeal :)
Excellent selection. A bit snooty and over priced but a great selection and excellent customer service (which is rare this close to Chapel hill)
