I really wanted to post a positive review of Dr.Phuong, because he looked good on paper, but my experience with him has been appalling. First and foremost, he tried to hastily shut me down 13 minutesafter the start of our consultation saying that there was another patient waiting. This fact alone is inadmissible and inexcusable.
