Worst care ever. Kelly the wife of Dr Michael Phung is pure evil. I was talking to their receptionist Jovi when she snatched the phone away from her and told me that they will no longer refill my prescription because requesting prior authorization from my insurance requires a lot of work for them. Complains about the insurance not paying them then just hung up the phone. Dr Phung should stand up and have some balls to control her wicked wife. Ask the doctor anything and see if he has any answers. 0 star.

The level of service and professionalism by the Doctor and the staff in this office is not acceptable. And reading the other reviews it is sad that I have experienced all of them with my mother. It has been difficult to get an appointment, my mother was prescribed an incorrect dose of medicine that put her in the hospital last week and now that we are here again to get the medicine corrected the wait time is horrible. I have no problems with the people or service, my low rating is based on the difficulties I have had making appointments. Seems like whenever I call to make an appointment they're closed, and when I leave a voicemail they do not call back. That aside, I don't have a problem with wait time (when I am lucky enough to make an appt). The last time I went other patients were properly masked and social distanced. Dr.Michael Phung has been my family's doctor for the last decade. He is well respected in the Filipino- American community. He is great communicator to his patients. He treats his patients like family. He and his wife Kelly are good people. Their daughter is also a good doctor ,who follows after her father. The office secretaries are helpful , courteous and respectful. I recommend Dr.Michael Phung to other people to go and visit for any medical issues especially in cardiology.

Dr. Michael Phung is a kind human being and had a wonderful bedside manners. My parents would have remain as his patients if it were not for his daughter (also a doctor who works with him) and his wife. First, she charged my parents’ co-pay higher than the rate which they paid in the pass.
