We love Phuket, it is our favorite restaurant in Alabama! I appreciate greatly the care and responsibility of the restaurant during tough times. Both for the safety of their employees as well as the customer. Keeping the customers informed through email made me feel secure to do pick up orders. Thank you for the care you have shown during this time.
The owner/management doesn't seem to know what "offer not combinable" means. They wouldn't let two different families sitting at the same table use their advertised offer -- one a groupon and one a gift certificate -- for two separate checks. Ridiculous. Once, we came in to use our groupon and happened to see people we knew were there also using a groupon. The staff refused to let us sit in tables that were anywhere close to the other couple -- even though the restaurant was completely empty at the time. We had to sit across... read more
