I came to Phua after a hairstylist turned me down claiming my hair was impossible to go light. Phua talked me through her plan before I booked the appointment with her. She got me in and did an AMAZING job with my hair going light as possible for the first session. It’s definitely my favorite out of all the times I got my hair done! She is my new hair artist that I will continue to go to and recommend to everyone. :)
