I have ordered products from this company in the past, and always received my orders. I placed an $100 order 2/27/23, and never received my product. I emailed the company 3x and called 2x. They do not respond to email and the phone says representatives are busy. Yet they continue to send promotional emails. They should not be accepting orders and payment if they have gone out of business, and need to stop sending promotional emails. Working on a refund through my CC company and also contacted BBB.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY have ordered from Photobarn for years and was always happy with the product and delivery time. I placed a large order on December 11th, 2022 for items that were intended as Christmas gifts. The website said that the order would be delivered before Christmas, it's now January 20th and my order still shows as "being processed". Ordered ornaments and they haven't come. Emailed several times. All you get is an automatically generated generic reply. The same when you try to call. I don't know if I will ever receive my product. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I have ordered almost 10 of the photo block ornaments and had excellent customer service, shipping time, and quality over the years. I placed an order on 10/18 for a gift that I need by tomorrow- 12/2. I received the ornament a couple of weeks ago and it was printed upside down. I IMMEDIATELY tried to call the company and kept getting an error message. I then emailed the company and got a response the next day stating it would be fixed and sent back out immediately. Ordered a gift for Christmas, it was advertised that I would receive it by Christmas if ordered by 12/10. I emailed on 12/16 to see if it would still ship out in time and was told yes but only received half of the order on 12/20. I emailed again on 12/20 to ask about the other part and was told I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas because it hadn't even shipped. I loved the first part of the gift, too bad I won't return because they did nothing to make it right.

Terrible customer service. Credit card was charged, order was placed. Company "couldn't find the order" and made zero effort to make it right. Ruined my Mother's Day gift. Pathetic. Took forever to answer emails. Finally doing a credit card dispute and a card to mom with an apology for choosing a company with a bad rap.
