Photo Pro was very helpful. I dropped a viewer and it broke apart. Brought all the pieces to the store, two gentlemen put “the puzzle” back together, and it works! Great customer service!
I have been using Photo Pro for all of my photography needs for The Flower Shop at Cedar Memorial Park - ALL of the staff is courteous, friendly and exceedingly helpful. Today was my first visit to Photo Pro and I'm already planning my next trip back. I was helped by both Dave and Justin and their customer service went above and beyond. I was welcomed immediately upon stepping in the door, another representative immediately came from the back to help me, and within 2 minutes of my arrival I was invited back behind the counter to test out equipment and to take a look at a website that he thought I'd be interested in.
