I received a defective Softlighter. Very simple problem of a missing grommet. Tried for a year to get a replacement diffuser after being told one was being sent to me. I can’t get a response from customer service anymore. I left many voicemails and sent emails. I had two conversations with the same person at Cutsomer Support who promised help but it was sadly an empty promise both times. Wonderful results from the Softlighter while it stayed intact.
