My story is long Kaiser over medicated me for years. I have very serious neck and back injuries they wanted to cut into me immediately because for 20 yrs they didn’t listen to me until my spinal cord was compressed. I called be for the clinic open ,no knowing at what time they open,and they transfered me to another operator who told me that I need to call when they open in 10 minutes( I guess customer service isn't require over the phone in some place). So I called again and a person took half info of my insurance and let me know that she was going to call me back in few hours.
