I recently had the opportunity to use Van-Liaw's services, and while I appreciate their efforts in providing quality offerings, I must express my disappointment with their punctuality on multiple occasions. My wife and I were happy to have made the choice to choose Dr. Van-Liaw as our pediatrician for our newborn daughter. Gave her a shot after watching her video on Kelsey's website. She has a super nice personality and can be humorous at times. She is really easy to talk to and spends as much time as possible with her patients. Attentive and compassionate, Dr. Van Liaw diligently followed up by personally calling to ask about my son's well-being and offer guidance on the next steps forward.
We have been to Dr. Van-Liaw since my daughter was born and we love her. She is kind, extremely thorough, and very empathetic. I never feel rush at our office visit and always leave with all my questions and concerns answered. Also really appreciate her nurses and Kelsey's after hours nurses. They are always picking up calls and answering my questions with urgency and care. I never hesitate to refer Dr. Van-Liaw to my friends and family because she is the best!
