Over the last 8 months we have had to return phones that have been bought. 1 had an issue with screen lcd then went back paid extra to upgrade and the phone would accept calls when we went back they swapped for another phone that after a few weeks over headed when charged. They refused a refund a don’t want a repair or a phone from there asked for refund and they refused
