Excellent service and efficient help!!
Amazing!!!! After bringing my phone in and finding out it was totally hopeless to repair. Noel went above and beyond to help me! Lucky I have Total Mobile Protection (get it if you don’t have it). After guiding me through the insurance claim he let me use a loaner phone for a couple days till mine came in. Super helpful and friendly!!!
This place is absolutely terrific!! They are nice and awesome! I’ve never had a more pleasant experience with a phone tech vender. Service was quick & looks amazing. The staff was nice and courteous. In and out in 20 minutes. Wonderful place
I went to phone tech to have my battery switched out. It is a clean place with a great selection of products and gadgets. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a new battery and phone cleaning included. The staff is very knowledgeable and literally were able to answer every question I had. I would highly recommend Phone tech to anyone looking for any and all things related to cellphones.
These guys are the Professionals you were looking for...Don't EVER go to a carrier for customer service. they will just tell you your phone can't be fixed and then they will show you options on phones that you can buy. That's not "Customer service," that's "Selling a product you DON'T need."
Super great customer service! Noel is so helpful and they are really quick. Quoted me so much cheaper than other places and their service was 100% better than others. Definitely go here.
IRA was AWESOME!! He has great customer service skills. He explained the difference between the phone he also made it easy tomake a purchase ... So if anyone is looking for a phone and friendly customer service this is the place to go...

Best phone repair in town! Been here a few times now because I have a 15 yr old that always breaks his phone and they always take care of us right away. They aren’t just worried about a sale either, they advised me today to go through my insurance for a better deal and even fixed my screen protector for free!! Highly recommend!!
