Awesome place! Best customer service! Noel is amazing!
Noel at Phone Tech is very professional and extremely knowledgable. He is well versed in Samsung and iphone. They have a huge amount of in stock inventory for phone repairs. I came in for two screen protector replacements, and Noel was able to complete the repair within minutes. The store is convenient to access with parking right outside the store. Been using Noel for a few years now. Phones, tablets, iPads, screen covers. He has been a pleasure to work with and has always shot straight. Has fixed everything I brought to him and one item he couldn’t sent me in the right direction. Very knowledgeable, fixes items timely and at a fair price. Highly recommended!!!
Phone tech is great I would highly recommend to anyone with phone repair problems the staff is very helpful and understanding, if you find a better price they will match it and work with you as best as they can

He is better than YouTube...can't say enough about this business owner...definitely a family oriented businessman...if you happen to be in Jacksonville, FL or passing through and in a pickle with your phone...you have to go here...you go elsewhere...you're wasting your precious time and money...

I enjoyed working with them. The shop is well-organized and cared for, and the two staff I met were helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. Got my phone back looking like they had cleaned it up. Totally pleased with the experience.
