I went in today to look at the phones they had for sale. I mentioned that my phone would not get service and i had taken it to two different AT&T stores who both told me my phone was just broken (and of course tried to sell me a phone). He looked at it and there was a quick fix with the software that fixed my issue! He was so nice and i appreciated how honest he was with me when he could have made a profit by telling me it was just broken like AT&T had told me.
