I took my phone to this repair shop and while fixing my phone (for water damage), they caused damage to the outside casing, denting/scratching it up, removing the paint. I also was not able to use my Face ID at all after the repair and my front camera and screen was still clearly damaged as seen in the picture.

I originally scheduled for a phone repair and made a deposit, expecting to come over the weekend to leave the phone for repair. I had completely forgotten about it for over six months until today. When I came in the store, not only did they still have all my information on file, but they honored my deposit and had my phone fixed in 2 hours. That level of trust is hard to find these days. Definitely recommend to anyone for iPhone issues.

Muhammad tried to fix my husbands iPad which fell off the car. It was not salvageable but he and his team tried their very best ordering parts etc to fix it and didn’t charge me a penny when it couldn’t be fixed. We will be back for any future electronics repairs and servicing. Great customer service very professional!
