Overall good experience... started off a little rocky as I'd previosly set an appointment for screen repair on my Note 10 plus for 9am on 9/11 (last week on Wednesday 9/3) but apparently this was not in the system. Wound up having to overnight the part which arrived late today (9/12) very close to closing. Once the part was in the repair was done very quickly and my phone looks like new and works flawlessly as well. My back glass was cracked too... They fixed my son's iPad and his controller with ease. Great communication and amazing service. Definitely will be back.
The staff here are very kind and courteous, but unfortunately the quality of the repair was disappointing. After the service, my phone began freezing and the screen quality declined, which were issues I never experienced before. I truly appreciate the workers’ friendliness, but I feel the repair itself needs improvement.
