We made the mistake of taking an iPhone to Geek Squad for a screen replacement back in November. After waiting all this time, we finally got the phone back yesterday and they hadn't even fixed it. We drove over to Phone Medic and the screen was replaced in an hour. Lesson learned! We will be using Phone Medic for all future repairs.
zero if I could. horrible customer service and horrible people overall. Paid them to fix my computer screen, 5 months later it's still broken, they put MY HARDDRIVE into a different computer without even my agreement whatsoever and then tried to argue with me to not give me my money back. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU. YOU DONT PUT OTHER PEOPLES HARD DRIVES ANYWHERE. FUCK THEM. I hope they go out of business.
